- Enhanced Cash Receipts Gateway & New Search Utility in DB Distributor – A new utility program is available in the Accounts Receivable module of DB Distributor that allows existing AR Invoices to be matched up with qualifying prepayment entries, and at the same time, allows these invoices to be paid off with these matching prepayments at the user’s discretion. The cash receipts gateway has also been enhanced with the ability to import prepayments in bulk.
- Introducing EQ Link: Streamlining Your eCommerce and DB Distributor Back Office Integration – We are thrilled to announce the launch of EQ Link, a cutting-edge technology solution that seamlessly connects your DB Distributor back-office system with our EQ Commerce storefront platform. With EQ Link, you can now experience enhanced efficiency and productivity in managing your online business.
The Cash Receipts Gateway and the new Search Utility for prepayments can be used in combination to:
1. Import prepayments in DB Distributor
2. Apply the payments to invoices in the future
There are two parts to this workflow:
1. The Cash Receipts Gateway module has been enhanced to allow the import of prepayments in bulk. (It is possible to manually enter prepayments as well if the user chooses to do so)
