Challenges Provide New Opportunities

Thank you for taking a few minutes to watch this video and read the attached bulletin. As a follow up to my last address, many thanks to those of you who commented you found it useful. Some of you have already inquired about our offer to help. A huge “shout out” to those who have pivoted to providing healthcare supplies to your customers. We were glad to be of assistance. In the end, the core competence of this Industry is technology-enabled sourcing and logistics management. Whether Office Products, Print, Promotional goods, Digital Advertising or Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

All-to-say, one idea I mentioned previously is using more of our Technology to innovate. For example, our popular Sourcing tool can better enable your Sales Reps and CSR’s to work from home. Not-to-mention, it might come in handy as your traditional supply chains and sourcing options begin to narrow. Certainly, if you want to offer new products to your customers. Our tool might improve your ability to quickly find alternatives (i.e. vendors others have certified). In addition, the tool allows your customers a browser-driven way to automate requests for your team to your preferred partners.

Another example to consider is to up your eCommerce game so as to make it easier for your customers to find you and/or be compelled to order more from your storefronts. Now would be a good time to invest in your future and be better prepared for the market run up that inevitably happens on the other side of a recession.

Lastly, for those of you reluctant to move from on-premise ERP solutions to our Cloud-based offering, now would be a good time to save IT infrastructure cost. In the past, it has been mostly due to the hassle of data conversion/learning a new tool when you’re busy. We have a proven process for making this transition.

To make it easier on you until financial relief from the federal stimulus package arrives and/or business begins to return—we are offering a free trial on several of our new software platforms until September. All that we ask is for a set-up fee to cover our on-boarding costs. If you like the tools, then you can enroll in an annual subscription September 1.
