DemandBridge is excited to report a new development we have been working on this past quarter, related to product enhancements and new integrations. We strive to provide constant improvements to products, services, and customer support.
In this quarterly review, we’ll feature a highlight from EQ Commerce:
- Introducing EQ Link – the bridge between EQ Commerce online ordering and DB Distributor order processing. This new integration will connect EQ Commerce storefronts with DB Distributor back office.
EQ Link (NEW integration connecting EQ Commerce storefronts with DB Distributor)
We are excited to introduce EQ Link, a bridge between EQ Commerce on-line ordering and DB Distributor order processing! With EQ Commerce, you can deliver a clean, functional, and branded site to your customers with an improved site design and streamlined workflow. Through dynamically generated login pages, universal site customization, and more, EQ Commerce is a reliable online shopping cart tool, now integrated with DB Distributor.
Notable EQ Link Features:
- Client’s, Ship-to’s, and items are sent from DB Distributor to EQ Link.
- Once in EQ Link, the items are configured for online ordering by setting permissions, adding categories, images, and descriptions.
- User Groups, Manager Approvals, Templates, and Budgets are available for setup.
- Coupons can be easily setup in EQ Link.
- Through EQ Link, inventory levels are sent from DB Distributor to EQ Commerce.
When using EQ Link, orders are placed in EQ Commerce and downloaded into DB Distributor, where they are processed and invoiced. The shipping and order information is then relayed back to the eCommerce site by importing from DB Distributor and exporting to EQ Commerce. Simplify the process even more by taking advantage of the auto-schedule capability. All imports and exports can be auto-scheduled! The EQ Link home menu is updated, so standard options are accessible. Stay tuned for more information as we look forward to a general release very soon!
