Important COVID-19 Update to All DemandBridge Customers

This update is for all DemandBridge customers regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are continuing to follow all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local authorities. Our expectation is that the situation will continue to evolve and we will adapt our plans as new developments occur.

Effective on March 12, 2020, we are encouraging employees to work from home until further notice. We are implementing the following procedures to ensure the safety of our customers, partners, and staff. Rest assured, we will continue to be available to support you via the means outlined below.

Travel and Meetings

  • We are limiting all business travel via planes, trains, subways and other methods of public transportation. We ask that all business travel via vehicles be limited to essential trips. This policy is effective immediately and will remain in place until otherwise stated.
  • We are suspending visits to/from Client sites/locations/offices until further notice. Please will meet virtually using Zoom conferencing instead.
  • Vendor and client visitations in any DemandBridge office should be avoided.
  • We encourage our teams to coordinate and attend virtual meetings via Zoom and eliminate group face-to-face meetings.

We are equipped to serve you remotely

  • DemandBridge has already taken steps to ensure our employees can work efficiently from home or another remote location, beginning with laptop computers.
  • We communicated just last month about our new phone system. This includes a “soft phone” capability which allows us to monitor and answer calls via a web-based application. We will continue to answer phones as if we were in the office. Please note, if you do need to leave a message, that will create a ticket in our DB Service Desk and your message will be returned by a member of the customer success team.
  • Employees have been provided with the tools and services needed to work remotely.
  • We will use Zoom, Jira, Slack, and phone to maintain communication with Team members and Clients.
  • This policy will remain in effect until notified otherwise.
