DBPay Payment Terms
These Payment Terms apply when you use a DBPay payment link (“PayByLink”) to make a payment to a business that uses DBPay to collect payments.
These terms apply only to the payment transaction. They do not replace or modify any agreement you may have with the merchant providing the goods or services.
1. Scope
DBPay provides a secure payment experience that allows customers to submit payments electronically to participating merchants.
When you make a payment through a DBPay payment link, you are making a payment directly to the merchant identified on the payment page.
DemandBridge is not the seller of the goods or services associated with the payment.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information and selecting the payment button, you authorize the payment amount displayed on the payment page to be charged using your selected payment method.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Payment Processing
Payments submitted through DBPay are processed using secure third-party payment processing services.
Submitting a payment request does not guarantee that the transaction will be approved. Transactions may be declined or rejected by the card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you submit is accurate, including:
- payment amount (where applicable)
- payment reference information
- billing information
- payment method details
Incorrect information may delay or prevent successful payment processing.
5. Merchant Responsibility
The merchant receiving your payment is solely responsible for:
- products and services provided
- invoices
- pricing
- taxes
- delivery
- warranties
- customer service
- refunds
- cancellations
Questions regarding an order, invoice, refund, or dispute should be directed to the merchant identified on the payment page.
DemandBridge does not determine or control the merchant’s business policies.
6. Refunds
Refunds, credits, and payment adjustments are determined solely by the merchant.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the merchant directly.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may not be completed for a variety of reasons, including:
- insufficient funds
- expired payment methods
- incorrect payment information
- fraud-prevention measures
- authorization declines
- payment network interruptions
If a payment is unsuccessful, you may need to submit a new payment or contact your financial institution or the merchant for assistance.
8. Security
DBPay uses industry-standard security measures to help protect payment information during transmission.
For your protection, do not share payment links or payment confirmation information with unauthorized individuals.
9. Privacy
Information submitted during the payment process is handled in accordance with the applicable privacy practices of DemandBridge and the merchant receiving the payment.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DemandBridge is not responsible for:
- the goods or services purchased from the merchant;
- the accuracy of invoices issued by the merchant;
- disputes between you and the merchant;
- delays or failures caused by financial institutions, payment networks, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Changes
DemandBridge may update these Payment Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies at the time of payment unless otherwise required by law.
